A Busy Day

MCN Festival & Yaxley Festival

Starting the Day with a strategic meet at a local car park so we could all ride in style in Stuart the Mini Bus! (Rear end seen in pic above) Stuart the Mini Bus has a top speed of 40mph, more rust than metal but we love the ol boy to bits. We set off from our super secret meeting place drove across the round about and then we were at the MCN Festival. This was our stage for the next couple of hours. We played a number of covers and originals to visitors of the motorcycle festival moving to different spots to play for new people. the weather was perfect and the sun made a few appearances giving our ginger bassist a nice red neck. We met some lovely people who either stopped to listen or were exhibitors working near by. Such as the lovely ladies from Carole Nash Insurance and The Panthers Mascot who were dancing a way to a few of our number. 18472060_10154420261406366_1909662622_o18446917_10155405570307578_834249830229963767_n

After leaving the MCN Fest and stopping for a quick Mac D we were soon unloading our gear ready for Yaxley Festival.

The Vibe were fantastic, so many people in the festival spirit enjoying the music. The Stage looked and sounded great, With lights, smoke and a large screen showing us playing zooming in on us individually. Stood backstage we were really excited to get on and play our set, due to the excellent organisation we didn’t have to wait long with everything running like clock work. We had such a great time whilst playing and listing to the other bands on before and after. We are really looking forward to next year!! A Massive Thank you to Yaxley Fest for having us! the sound and back stage crew who did and amazing job of making us sound good and getting our gear around and onto the stage. If you haven’t been to Yaxley Festival you should really consider it as there are not many free three day festival full of many great bands! 18423882_10155405571192578_3340372933029173948_n18425120_10155405570607578_436498819285193657_n
